Jiangsu Province Industrial Equipment Installation Group Co., Ltd. (JSI) was founded in 1952 in Nanjing, People’s Republic of China. We have made remarkable achievements ever since after the implementation of reform and open policy in new China construction industry over 40 years ago. We are able and capable of undertaking large-scale of construction projects in various sector such as Petroleum, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Electronics, Electrical Sub-Station, Building Materials, Metallurgy, Light Industry, Machinery Manufacturing and other industrial projects including but not limited to Senior Civilian Electromechanical Engineering and Municipal Public Works.
We, JSI, have a registered capital of RMB 143 million, with more than 1,000 employees including 860 employees graduated from recognized University Degree and above, over 120 employees with senior professional titles, more than 410 employees with intermediate professional titles and approximately 100 Grade I construction engineers. We have over 10 subsidiaries and our headquarter has an established and organized of various department consisting of Operation & Contract Dept., Engineering Management Dept., Science & Technology Development Center, Drawing Refining Center, etc.
Our company is recognized with qualifications issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China (MOHURD) as 2 Class I General Contracting in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Construction, Petrochemical Engineering Construction; 2 class II General Contracting in Building Engineering Construction, Municipal Public Engineering Construction; 5 Class I Professional Contracting in Steel Structure Engineering, City & Road Lighting Engineering, Fire Control Facility Engineering, Building Mechanical & Electrical Installation Engineering, Electronic & Intelligent Engineering; Class II Professional Contracting in Building Decoration Engineering, as well as Contracting in Electrical Power Engineering, Power Transmission and Transformation Engineering, Environmental Protection Engineering, Lightning Protection Engineering etc. In addition, we possess modification and maintenance permits for boilers, pressure vessels, pressure piping, cranes, elevators and other special equipment as well as power equipment installation (repair, testing and commissioning) permits issued by Jiangsu SERC.

Our ten construction projects including but not limited to the Hefei Shangri-La Hotel, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics Lecture and Research Building won “The Luban Award” (National Quality Engineering), seven construction projects including the Renaissance Suzhou Hotel & Plaza, China Salt Jintan’s million tons refined salt works won “The China Installation Engineering Quality Award” (China Installation Star), and more than 50 construction projects such as Shanghai Hyatt Hotel project, Zhejiang Diren Polycarbonate project won “The Provincial and Ministerial Level Quality Engineering Awards”. Our company have been titled as one of "China's 500 largest construction companies" and "Jiangsu Best Construction Enterprises", "Provincial Super AAA Credit Enterprise" and "Jiangsu Contract Observing Enterprises”.
